**We have configured our Turnaround Calendar on 3 full buisness days in lab + Shipping / Delivery time.**

The calendar due dates apply to all appliances except the appliances listed in the table below*. Please add the noted business days to the turnaround time listed on your calendar selection. Not the tabs on calendar are listed as Local, Shipping, Appliances with 3d printing and MyCad bands and RPE

Locally, if you request pickup after 2:00 PM, use the next day as the official pickup day in order to estimate total turnaround time (see below).

Aligners are 10 business days in lab total. Please allow 5 business days for virtual setup to be sent to doctor. Once approved by the appliances will be completed in 5 business days plus shipping.

1 day for pickup + 3 full business days in the lab + 1 day for drop off

• All pickups made within 24 hours
• Pickups called in after 2:00 PM will be picked up the following business day

If you call Monday before 2:00 PM,

your case will be delivered on Friday, Before 5:00 PM

If you call Monday after 2:00 PM,

your case will be delivered the following Monday, Before 5:00 PM

• RUSH orthodontic cases for the same day must arrive in lab by 9:00 AM and must be scheduled in advance./li>
• RUSH orthodontic cases for the next day should be called in by 2:00 PM and will be delivered by 4:00 PM the next business day

Doctor aligner trays will be delivered in 7 business days.
