If our appliances don’t arrive on time, they are FREE!**

In the event that your appliance does not make it to you on time we will credit up to $55

Cottonwood guidelines for local On Time Guarantee:

  • Have your lab slip filled out and make sure the appointment date and time are correct
  • Schedule patients according to appliance turn around times (turn around times)
  • For appointments in the early morning (7am-10am), make sure you are open the day before or have a drop off location/box
  • Same day rushes need to be picked up/droped off by 10:30am to allow us to get it back to you by 4:00pm
  • In order to qualify as a next day rush we require 24hrs from scheduled pick up.
  • If complications arise with the appliance we will contact you immediately. In the event that we can not contact you we will place your appliance on hold.
  • Your appliance will remain on hold until we are given instructions on how to proceed

Additional Guidelines for shipping On Time Guarantee:

  • Schedule patients according to shipping turn around times, which can add around 4 days (turn around times)
  • During the holiday season (Nov-Dec) all forms of shipping become backlogged and require additional time to be shipped as well as increases expedited shipping options
